 In total, the Eli Park 1 project envisages the construction of 45,000 – 50,000 sqm of state-of-the-art industrial spaces and offices. In the first phase, a building with an area of ​​20,000 square meters is operational from 2019, is entirely occupied by the Arctic company. The second phase provides for the construction of two independent buildings, with delivery this year, with a total of 25,000 – 30,000 square meters.

The main advantages of this complex are flexibility in space design, location with access to the Ring Road, and to the center of the country, but also 20 minutes to the central area of ​​Bucharest, without difficulties in finding staff nearby.

Eli Park 1 is located 4 km from the Bucharest ring road, in Chitila, on the national road with four lanes DN7, with quick access to the city, just two minutes from the ring line (with exit to the three highways A1, A2, and A3). There are bus stops and shops nearby.

Another advantage of this logistics complex is that it is located in the northwestern part of the Capital, in the vicinity of the most prosperous residential neighborhoods and the first office pole of the city, where most online orders are registered. From these warehouses, courier lines can be easily made, for the most active area in terms of online commerce.
