Afi Tech Park Completes the Facade and the First Tenants Appear: World Class and 1 Minute

The first phase of the AFI Tech Park office project will be ready in the second quarter of this year, and work is progressing according to schedule. This month, the facade was installed, made of glass curtain, with windows that open. AFI Tech Park 1 will have a total leasable area of ​​22,000 sqm.

One month ago, the first pre-lease contracts for some spaces in AFI Tech Park were signed, the first contract being brokered by our company, ESOP Consulting.

The wellness operator World Class Romania, the largest fitness club in Romania, pre-leased 1,464 sqm, in AFI Tech Park 1, on the ground floor and 1st floor, with the help of ESOP.

“AFI Tech Park business park is located at the intersection of three crucial residential areas, sectors 4, 5 and 6, which total over 60% of the population of Bucharest so that employees who will work here will spend fewer hours in traffic and will be able to allocate more time for sports “, says Alexandru Petrescu, Managing Partner at ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International, the real estate company that provided consultancy for completing the transaction.

The second tenant is the company that manages the 1 Minute restaurant chain. There are currently discussions with three more potential tenants.

AFI Tech Park will have eight floors, a ground floor with multifunctional spaces, and two levels underground. The project is located near the Marriot Hotel. It has access to two boulevards, Tudor Vladimirescu and Progresul – near the Vulcan Value Center, where there are 50 stores, including H&M, C&A, Altex, Animax and Hervis Sport, a hypermarket Carrefour and seven restaurant units.

The project is being LEED Platinum certified and will have all the facilities of an ultratech office: 4-pipe HVAC air conditioning system, generator for vital functions, but also customers, advanced BMS system (Building Management System), eight elevators, CCTV camera system, access control system in the building, CCTV, security services.
