The concept
Eli Park Ploiesti is an industrial park in construction on a 170,000 sqm plot of land. The project will be built in three stages, totaling an area of 60,000 sqm.
The first stage will have an area of 9,000 sqm and will be completed in the second part of 2022.
The second stage of the project will be completed in Q2 2023 with an area of 21,000 sqm.
The third stage will have 30,000 sqm and a completion date is expected at the beginning of 2024
The location
Eli Park Ploiesti is in the western part of the city of Ploiesti, in the commune of Aricestii Rahtivani, with direct access to the DN1 national road, the DN72 national road and the future A3 highway.
Specifications
The industrial spaces in Eli Park Ploiesti will benefit from a loading ramp every 800 sqm, free height of 10 m, maximum weight allowed per sq m of 5 t, support poles arranged at 12x24 m, ESFR sprinkler installation.
