The Sema Parc project continues its expansion process due to the high demand for offices for the Grozăvești area, located near the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. As a novelty, the last two announced office buildings, Oslo – Sema Park and London – Sema Park, will be built from scratch, with last generation technologies, according to monitoring by ESOP Consulting.
The site preparations are in full progress, being in the designation of the general contractor phase, according to the developer. The delivery deadline is set for 2021.
Rentable office spaces will start at 500 sqm and can reach 20,000 sqm.
Among the facilities of the Oslo and London buildings, in Sema Park, there is an imposing entrance area, completely transparent, with a double-height (7.85m) compared to the standard, acoustic ceiling, a restaurant, outdoor terrace, conference room, sky bar with direct access to the outdoor patio of the London building.
According to the designer, the construction will be state-of-the-art for maximum efficiency of office spaces.
Sema Parc is a mixed project with a component of business offices, commercial and service spaces, and a residential one.
Offices represent about half of the total built spaces. Currently, about 46,000 square meters of office space is under development, with the possibility of pre-renting, either in new buildings or in the reverting of areas.
Employees working in the offices within the complex have access to several restaurants, a Mega Image supermarket, a sports climbing center, two gyms, a dental office, a cafe.
In the immediate vicinity is located the IDM Club sports complex, with two swimming pools, one of which is Olympic and other wellness facilities, from which we list cardio, fitness, aerobics, taebo, massage, etc.
Sema Parc is located in the Grozăvești area, near the Petrache Poenaru metro station (former Semănătoarea).
