The Concept:
Eli Park 3 is an industrial park under development, which will be built in three phases, with a total area of 68,000sqm. The first phase was developed in 2021 with an area of 18,000sqm. The second phase is represented by an area of 30,000sqm with the deadline in 2022. For the third phase 20,000sqm are planned.

Location and accessibility:
Eli Park 3 is in the North - West part of the capital, with easy access to the Ring Road, the highways A0, A1, A2, A3 and the airport "Henri Coanda" being 15 minutes away by car.
