The Campus 6 office space project envisages the construction of a total area of 81,550 sqm, in 11-storey tower office buildings, in four stages of development, with deliveries between 2018 and 2022. 1,000 parking spaces will serve the offices.

Campus 6, Skanska developer, is located in the Polytechnic area, in the newly created business center in the center-west of the Capital, 50 meters from the Polytechnic metro station, with access to three tram lines, and five bus and trolleybus lines.

The entrance will be from Iuliu Maniu Street. The location is next to the Bucharest Polytechnic, the higher education institution with the most IT&C students in Romania.

As facilities, the future office buildings will have a generous outdoor space, with an amphitheater where shows and small cultural events will take place, in the desire to create a community whose members will be the future occupants of the office spaces.

The spaces will be covered inside and outside by Wi-Fi. The communication will be possible through an individual Campus App.

Campus 6 office buildings are designed to be energy efficient. Skanska is a Swedish company with experience in the field. It has set up offices in the north-central area and will now cover this business pole of the Capital.
