The Concept of Expozitiei:
@Expo is an office complex consisting of two medium-sized buildings and a tower, with a total area of 50,000sqm. The construction started at the beginning of 2020 and the completion is due in 2022.
Building A will have 28,360sqm structured on 3BS + GF + 18F.
Buildings B1 and B2 will be structured on 3BS + GF + 7F and will have a total of 21,060sqm.

The project is located on the Expozitiei Boulevard, near Presei Libere Square and the Romexpo exhibition complex. The area offers many options for surface public transport and at 15 minutes walking distance is the 1 Mai metro station.
