Equilibrium, a New Skanska Project, Next to Promenada Mall

Skanska, one of the largest international developers operating in Romania, is building a new statement office project in the Barbu Văcărescu area of ​​Bucharest: Equilibrium, which will have two large office buildings, delivered in two phases.

The first phase, the building Equilibrium 1, is under construction and provides a 12-level office building, with retail spaces on the ground floor and office spaces on the upper floors.

In total, Equilibrium 1 will have a leasable area of ​​20,600 sqm. Companies can pre-lease flexible spaces by contract, from a minimum of 430 sqm. The surface of each office floor is 1,725 ​​sqm. The first phase of the Equilibrium project is scheduled for the third quarter of next year.

Phase II of the project, Equilibrium 2 envisages the construction of a second building, with a total leasable area of ​​19,500 sqm.

The Equilibrium I office project, the first phase to go on the market, is already available for pre-rent, has finishes and class A office equipment, being served by 470 parking spaces, part in the basement of the building and part outside, 10 elevators high speed for the first building, solutions for bike lovers – 20 bicycles for rent, included in a bicycle rental system that has available 210 bicycles throughout the city, in various hubs, 16 charging points for electric cars, equipped bicycle parking with showers and changing rooms, as well as lockers for storing personal items.

Nearby is the Promenada Center, with a rich food-court area and organizes numerous events for young employees in the office area, the New Business District in Bucharest.
