Phases of One Cotroceni Park
The project is set for development in two phases. In 2020, construction started for the business park area.The business park’s Phase 1, delivering 43.000 sqm class A offices and retail facilities, will be completed in Q4 2021.
Phase 2will bring an additional 34.000 sqm office & retail spaces in 2022.
The residential area is under planning, with completion further to be confirmed.
