Recently, two new class A office buildings were delivered in the Sema Parc complex, Sema Parc – Paris, with 10.758 sqm and Sema Parc – Bruxelles, with a total of 14.528 sqm.
These new spaces have available offices with surfaces between 1.000 and 6.000 sqm in the Sema Parc – Brussels phase and 10.758 sqm in the Sema Parc – Paris phase.
The Sema Parc project is among the pioneers of modern developments in the center-west area. The spaces here have many qualities appreciated in the current office spaces. The location is next to Politehnica Bucharest, where most of the IT&C students in Romania are the subway near (Petrache Poenaru station), upper-class standards, and flexible rent.

About the center-west area
The west-west area, concentrated as a point of interest around the Basarab-Orhideea Bridge, is developing as the second business pole in the Capital.
The main advantages of the area are the proximity of Politehnica, the center, the area of student dormitories, and three large neighborhoods with cheap housing: Militari, Drumul Taberei, and Crângași. Besides old houses, in the Orhideeea-Politehnica area, 3.000 new modern apartments are developing, in residential complexes with 80 up to 1.400 apartments.
