Sema Parc Has Expanded With Two New Office Buildings

Recently, two new class A office buildings were delivered in the Sema Parc complex, Sema Parc – Paris, with 10.758 sqm and Sema Parc – Bruxelles, with a total of 14.528 sqm.

 These new spaces have available offices with surfaces between 1.000 and 6.000 sqm in the Sema Parc – Brussels phase and 10.758 sqm in the Sema Parc – Paris phase.

The Sema Parc project is among the pioneers of modern developments in the center-west area. The spaces here have many qualities appreciated in the current office spaces. The location is next to Politehnica Bucharest, where most of the IT&C students in Romania are the subway near (Petrache Poenaru station), upper-class standards, and flexible rent.
