CTPark Bucharest North is a logistics park located in the north of Bucharest, on the Ring Road, between the A3 and DN2 highways. The location is ideal for easy access to the center of Romania, offering at the same time a direct route to the center of Bucharest.

The CTPark Bucharest North park is developed on a 21 ha plot and has a partitioned building with an area of ​​116,500 sqm and other warehouses for rent under design and construction, with a total area of ​​135,000 sqm. The warehouses under construction can be adapted to the tenants’ specifications, being able to meet the needs of production, logistics, e-commerce, cold storage, etc. companies.

In addition to the storage spaces, a 350 square meter kitchen, an area intended for product packaging, equipped with automated picking and sorting systems, and offices of over 2,000 square meters were set up.

Other tenants of CTPark Bucharest North are Mobexpert with a storage space of 24,000 sqm, Little Farmer with a storage space of 14,500 sqm with a capacity of 17,000 pallets, and Boutique Mall which rented 3,700 sqm.
