Work Is Starting on Globalworth Square, in the Aviatiei Area

The Globalworth Square project will have 14 floors of office spaces and is located next to the Promenada Mall and a five-minute walk from the Aviation subway station, according to ESOP monitoring.

It is estimated that the new office tower will be put into use in the first quarter of 2020 and will have a leasable area of ​​29,500 square meters, with Class A open space office spaces. The minimum rentable area is 2,000 sqm.

The ground floor will house a service area, mainly restaurants, cafes, and a retail sector. Globalworth Square will be a green building, by integrating the latest technologies in renewable energy, like geothermal and photovoltaic energy systems.

The office building will also benefit from 450 underground parking spaces, arranged on three levels. Lockers and individual car parks will be installed for employees who come to the office by bicycle.

Aviatiei Area – Barbu-Văcărescu – Floreasca is the first modern business hub in Bucharest, concentrating here the best rated new class A office buildings, built after 2012. Among the significant tenants of office projects in the area are Oracle companies, Huawei, Vodafone, Orange, Kellogg, Wipro, Microsoft, General Motors, Sandoz, and Allianz.

The future Globalworth Square office building is right between the best-located Aviatiei offices, very close to Promenada Mall, which has many shopping and food facilities but is also a landmark for organizing seasonal events and festivals.

The proximity to the Băneasa Bridge ensures easy access to the Băneasa-Pipera residential area, but also to the Victoriei area and Herăstrău Park.
