In the Orhideelor - Grozavesti area, the ARC project is underway, a building that will bring to the market 30,000 square meters of class-A office space, and a series of advantages for companies that wish to open or expand their headquarters in Bucharest.
ARC Project is located next to Business Garden Bucharest, Brico Depot, and IDM Basarab, an area in full development, at the intersection between Orhideelor Street and Giulesti Boulevard.
