Why it is Good to Have Plants in the Office

Spring has come, and it is time to refresh the working atmosphere. The easiest and longest way is to decorate our office with houseplants, these have several benefits, both for our health and for the design of our workplace.

1. According to Doctor Oz, natural plants are a natural humidifier, who quotes Leonard Perry, a professor at the University of Vermont. The most effective in this regard are the ferns, also found in abundance in Romanian florists.

2. A pot with a beautiful floral arrangement inspires creativity and gives us energy, according to the same source. The vibrant colors of the leaves and flowers in the pots indirectly provoke an atmosphere of creation and vibrant energy.

3. For people suffering from allergies, the right plants in the office replace the doctor.
For example, the plant called Chlorophytum comosum or the spider plant, even though it has a typical appearance, is found in almost all large buildings, it is there with a purpose because it has special properties in filtering air dust and allergens. This plant should not be missing from the offices and homes of people prone to allergies.

4. It cleans the air of impurities and releases oxygen. The most effective at this point is ivy, flats first in a top made by NASA among the plants that produce the most oxygen. Ivy is also in vogue at this time and, due to its wild appearance, appreciated in this year’s arrangements.

Maintaining visual contact with nature’s elements increases our quality of life, say the researchers who invented science in this regard, Biophilia. Anthurium is the best from this point of view when it blooms, experts recommend.

And lastly, let us not forget that plants beautify our office and personalize our workplace in front of our colleagues and business partners.
