Vastint’s Business Garden Bucharest Advances and Attracts Other Investors Next to Them

The pace of work on the Business Garden office project, located next to Carrefour Orhideea, in the heart of the newest business hub in Bucharest, is also increasing.

In the second quarter of 2018 are scheduled to be put into use the first two phases of construction, Building A Business Garden, with 10 floors and a leasable office area 22,000 sqm, and Buiding B Business Garden, also with 10 floors and a leasable area of 10,306 sqm.

The third phase of the project, with a leasable area of ​​9,940 sqm, is scheduled to be delivered a quarter later.

In total, the Business Garden project, developer Vastint Romania, has a leasable office area of ​​about 41,000 sqm.

The office complex will have a garden arranged around the buildings, with benches, alleys, and recreation areas, according to the project. It is pre-certified LEED Platinum, part of the series of green office buildings, with low energy consumption and optimal environment work for the employee. An example of a facility is the fact that the air conditioning system has a 100% fresh air supply.

As construction progressed, many investors showed interest in the area. In the immediate vicinity, Eden Capital Development buys land from the former Plevnei Bread Factory, where it declares that it will build a residential project adapted to the future needs of the area. A component of the next residential project will also have a reconversion of a historic building, located right on Plevnei Boulevard, which will also have commercial spaces on the ground floor.

The vicinity of the Carrefour-Orhideea store is currently in high demand by tenants in the IT&C and banking fields, being close to the Polytechnic and the largest student campus in Romania, the one in Regie. Among the companies that will move to the area, in the buildings still under construction are BCR, Bitdefender, Misys.

Other strengths of the Carrefour Orhideea area are the proximity to the North Railway Station, the ultra-central area of ​​the Capital, and its accessibility, thanks to the recently built Basarab Passage and metro stations.
