Construction work has begun on the One Tower office building, located next to Floreasca Park. One Tower is part of a mixed office, retail, and residential project with high standards and ecological attributes. 

The One Tower office component will have a leasable area of ​​24,385 sqm, in a representative tower with 16 floors, according to the developer’s presentation, ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.

In addition to the office building, the urban regeneration project also includes new residential and retail buildings. For the first time in Romania, the commercial spaces will bring a new concept store & food hall Auchan, with a total area of ​​over 12,000 sqm.
