Construction work has begun on the One Tower office building, located next to Floreasca Park. One Tower is part of a mixed office, retail, and residential project with high standards and ecological attributes.
The One Tower office component will have a leasable area of 24,385 sqm, in a representative tower with 16 floors, according to the developer’s presentation, ESOP Consulting | CORFAC International.
In addition to the office building, the urban regeneration project also includes new residential and retail buildings. For the first time in Romania, the commercial spaces will bring a new concept store & food hall Auchan, with a total area of over 12,000 sqm.
This area will be an excellent benefit for employees who will work in office spaces, bringing closer several types of restaurants and new types of food models in Romania, which will provide a variety of solutions for dining and socializing.
One Tower is expected to be up and running in the second quarter of 2020.
The office building will have state-of-the-art facilities, nine high-speed elevators, 453 underground parking spaces, generous reception area, air conditioning control system for each working point, windows that open, electric generator, system intelligent building management (BMS).
The building is designed to meet the LEED Platinum rating in the evaluation system for green buildings.
