World Class Rented a 1.355 sqm Space in Sema Parc, Through Esop

The future fitness club in Sema Parc will be part of a commercial and service hub, within the project, where there are also restaurants, a Food Truck area, a Mega Image store, and an Entertainment area – dance and climbing lessons or table tennis. Offices for prelease are also available within the complex.

The transaction for renting the space where World Class will operate has been completed recently, and the club will open in early 2020.

Sema Parc is a multifunctional project that is being developed in stages. In the last two years, three new A Class office building have been put into operation: Berlin, Bruxelles and Paris, all with about 3.000 sqm.

About 8.000 employees work in Sema Park, and their number will increase, because of the expansion of modern office space rentable area in the next two years. Through ESOP, in addition to World Class, the Gopet company recently rented an office space of 1.664 sqm.

Two more office buildings are currently under construction – Oslo and London, with A class spaces that will total an area of over 31.500 sqm. Pre-lease conditions are flexible.

The London building will also have a sky bar, as well as facilities for organizing events.

The Sema Parc project has in plan to build an area of about one million sqm, mixed use spaces, of which 54% office space, 32% residential, 10% retail and services and 2% hotel.

Sema Parc is in the center-west business hub, 200 meters from the Politehnica University of Bucharest and 500 meters from the student dormitories in Regie, near Petrache Poenaru metro station.
