The Business Garden Bucharest project has entered on a straight line, adding the finishing touches and signing contracts at a fast pace. The last large tenant confirmed by the developer is BCR, with a space of 14.000 sqm. 

Business Garden Bucharest is 65% occupied. According to ESOP monitoring, there are three Class A office buildings, certified to LEED Platinum standards, and a total area of 43.000 sqm.
