World Class Has Pre-Leased a Space in an Office Building in Cluj-Napoca, Through ESOP

In the central area of Cluj-Napoca, World Class Romania chooses the Record Park project for his next club in Cluj-Napoca, the transaction is made through ESOP. World Class Romania will arrange a club with a pool with a retractable roof, which will serve both indoor and outdoor space, the investment is estimated at 2 million euros.

The World Class Record Park Club will be put into use in the second half of 2018 and will occupy an area of 2.500 sqm, pre-leased in the Record Park office complex.

The Record Park complex provides a mix of urban functions, with plans to build a new office building, 12.000 sqm of Class A offices, with large terraces and state-of-the-art finishes, in addition to a revitalized office area of historic spaces, with a total area of 2.000 sqm, intended for the co-working system, 1.000 sqm of commercial spaces and 235 new apartments.

The Class A office spaces within the Record Park project are scheduled to be delivered next year and are BREAM Excellent pre-certified

“Record Park office complex has many advantages. It is in the central area, near the historic center of Cluj-Napoca. For employees who come to the office by car, 226 spaces will be available in the underground car park.
