Visteon Chooses ISHO, From Timișoara, Where Its Pre-Lease 5.000 Sqm of Offices

The multifunctional ISHO complex continues to grow and attracts future renowned tenants. The American company Visteon joins Bosch Romania, in the ISHO Offices project, in Timișoara, where it will move this year.

In the future office space with a total area of 5.000 sqm, now under construction, it will be a center for the development of equipment and systems of autonomous management, where over 400 employees specialized in IT&C, and automotive fields will work. 

The ISHO multifunctional project is located on the banks of river Bega, in the center of Timisoara. It will have an office area ISHO Offices (with a total rentable area of 50.000 sqm in seven floors buildings), a residential area ISHO Living (with a total of 1.200 apartments, developed in stages, equipped with facilities, including a swimming pool), commercial spaces and a hotel.

Offices are built to BREEAM Excellent green building standards. It will have temperature-controlled in each workspace, BMS (Building Management System), easy access from all neighborhoods of the city – by bus, tram, or water bus. 

The complex’s facilities include a gym, 2.000 parking spaces, a landscaped park, a functional Mega Image supermarket, a Prospero Delicii shop, cafes, restaurants, a medical center, a cultural center where exhibitions and events will be arranged and a COS showroom. 

Among the first office tenants of the complex is Bosch company, who signed a contract for a total office space area of 6.600 sqm and moved in October 2018.

Other office tenants present in ISHO Offices are Survey Sampling International (SSI) and KPMG.
