Two New Tenants in Afi Tech Park Project, Through ESOP: Knauf and Hilti

Two international companies related to the field of construction materials, Knauf and Hilti, have pre-leased office space in AFI Tech Park office project under construction. ESOP Consulting assisted both transactions.

Other essential facilities of the AFI Tech Park office space project is the central location, near Palatul Parlamentului and the Marriot Hotel, a tram stop in front and an entire shopping center nearby, Vulcan Center, as well as an AFI Tech Club membership card and the World Class health club, inside the complex.

AFI Tech Park is a pre-certified LEED Platinum for the use of specific techniques and design, construction, design, and operation technologies, with a minimal impact on the environment and guarantees low energy consumption for users. 

AFI Tech Park also has other green building features, among which we list parking spaces for electric and non-polluting cars, facilities for cyclists and showers, an express service by minibus to the nearest metro, reuse of rainwater for lawn irrigation and environmentally friendly natural plants that consume little water.

The company Knauf Romania has pre-rented an office space with an area of 630 sqm, and Hilti an office space with an area of 343 sqm. 

At the end of last year, World Class pre-rented a space of about 2.000 sqm, in AFI Tech Park project, also through ESOP.

The first office phase of the AFI Tech Park project, which will be delivered this year, will have a rentable area of 22.000 sqm.
