The Timpuri Noi Square project has three firm pre-lease contracts for office space this month: Kruk has reserved an area of 4.000 sqm, the company DCS Plus an area of 1.675 sqm, and Impact HUB an area of 1.675 sqm. Currently, the first stage of the office component is in an advanced stage of construction.

In addition to these three transactions with office space, the Timpuri Noi Square building also recently pre-leased a 2.200 sqm area of cafes and restaurants for the Fratelli group.
The project envisions the construction of a total commercial area of about 100.000 sqm, mixed retail, and multi-stage offices, followed by a residential complex of approximately 50.000 sqm.
