The Headquarters Rented by ATDI

ATDI opens its representative office in Romania

ATDI, a multinational company headquartered in Paris, which develops software programs for the radio industry, has also opened an office in Romania, announces ESOP, the real estate agency that mediated the office rental transaction.

ATDI chose a representative headquarters for its image, respectively, an elegant space in a villa located on Bd. Aviatorilor. The 40’s style villa was recently renovated and arranged: consolidation works were carried out, the facade was rebuilt, the plumbing and electrical installations were replaced, and the interiors were reconditioned with modern finishes the architectural style was preserved.

The headquarters rented by ATDI is arranged on two levels: the 2nd floor and a chic attic. The 2nd floor consists of a large room, elegant for the reception, 3 smaller rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The attic consists of a room, bathroom, a small kitchen, and a terrace where you can admire the beautiful view. The villa is composed of B + GF + 2F + AT, the building is entirely occupied by companies (Barentz Romania, ATDI, Brandient).

“Besides the beauty and quality of the construction, the space has several advantages for an office: location is one of the most coveted by companies, even on Aviatorilor Blvd., 3 minutes by subway, there are parking spaces on the street, maintenance costs are low, each apartment has its own central heating, the owners can make specific arrangements on request, and the rental price is excellent “, says Irina Petrescu, Director of the Office Department at ESOP.

ATDI, the second company relocated by ESOP, together with Barentz Romania, concludes the series of relocations in this building, which is now 100% occupied. We believe that this building is an excellent example of those who want to invest in the office space market. The old villas left almost abandoned, but which were real architectural jewels, can be renovated and reintroduced in the commercial circuit. Not only would Bucharest look different, but investments of this kind are profitable because the demand for offices in villas is growing.
