The Bluerose Office Campus project, renamed Expo Business Park, developed by Portland Trust, attracts its first customer. Since the construction phase, the Dutch group ING will occupy the entire building 3, with a total area of 17.831 sqm office space, with the right to expand another 5.000 sqm, in building 2.
The Bluerose office campus is being built in the north-central part of the Capital, in the Expozitiei area, close to Casa Presei Libere and the exhibition center Romexpo.
Jiului metro station is a 9-minute walk from the project.
Bluerose Office Campus – Building 3 will have two underground levels, a ground floor, and nine floors with green terraces. The whole project is carefully thought out to create an urban and, at the same time, ecological landscape. The concept of outdoor spaces is intended for socialization, with many green spaces and networking and relaxation areas, with an amphitheater, a cafe’s area, and an exhibition area. Modern solar panels and windmills will provide electricity for outdoor lighting.
In the building, there will be spaces for charging batteries for electric cars and a total of 272 parking spaces.
Expozitiei area has recently entered the radar of large office tenants, and, according to ESOP | Corfac International’s Manager, Alexandru Petrescu’s estimates will become an essential landmark on the map of major real estate developments in the next five years.
In the Expozitiei area, large plots of land were bought by international companies – such as GTC, Portland, and Romanians – as Impact SA and Romanian businessmen, such as Dan Șucu. The goal is to build office projects with tens of thousands of sqm and large residential complexes with hundreds of apartments.
