The First Building in the Campus 6 Project Was Bought for 53 Million Euros

The offices in Campus 6 project are selling like hotcakes not only for rent but also for sale. The first office building, still under construction and fully leased, was bought for 53 million euros by CA IMMO, according to PeliFilip Law Firm, which brokered the transaction, quoted by Ziarul Financiar. 

The Austrian investor CA Immo thus consolidates its presence in the center-west office pole, Orhideea-Grozăvești, owned near Campus 6 and the Orchideea Towers office project (with a total of 37.000 sqm, among the future tenants being the companies Bitdefender and Misys, both in the IT&C field). 

The first office building in Campus 6 project will soon put into use a total area of 22.000 sqm of modern office space, A class, in a visible location, at the intersection of two broad boulevards and near the Politehnica Bucharest, the largest institution with a professional profile in the country.

The office space is pre-certified to WELL Building Standard, having green building characteristics, the project being pre-certified to LEED certification, Gold level standards.

The first Campus 6 building, built by the Swedes from Skanska and sold this month, is pre-rented almost entirely. Before the inauguration, according to the monitoring made by ESOP Consulting l CORFAC International, among the companies that will have offices here being Regus, Freescale, and the support division of the London Stock Exchange.

When the construction started last year, the Swedish developer estimated 38 million euros of investment to build the first Campus 6 office building. Now, just a year and a half away, the first building in Campus 6 is nearing completion and rented over 90% and will bring the Swedish company 53 million euros.

However, the development of Campus 6 does not stop here; the project has several stages, which will eventually have a total office area of 81.000 sqm. 

Campus 6 is located on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard, near the Politehnica metro station, close to AFI Cotroceni mall and Politehnica University of Bucharest.
