Romania, the host of the CORFAC International Summer Event 2018, has a real estate market with many opportunities, both in the office (with a stock of approx. 3 million sqm) and industrial segment (approx. 1.8 million at the end of 2017).
“The real estate market in Bucharest crosses a period of effervescence in the investment segment, where yields are 7.25% for prime offices and 8.5% for industrial,” says Alexandru Petrescu, ESOP Managing Partner.
“CORFAC International Summer Affiliate Meeting” took place between 21-25 June 2018 and brought together CORFAC members from 10 countries, USA, Great Britain, Germany, Russia, France, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, and Romania.
