ESOP announces the relocation of UNIDEC Computer Systems

The real estate agency ESOP announces the relocation of UNIDEC Computer Systems, one of the largest and most successful Romanian software companies, appreciated both in Romania and abroad. The company has been present on the Romanian market since 1991, being one of the first private software companies.

Every year, Unidec has developed, investing in people, in perfecting services and quality, gaining the appreciation of prestigious partners such as NEC America Inc, Active Voice LLC, INFRONTIA LLC, and Microsoft, says Mr. Dan Corneliu Ionescu, the company’s president. Unidec develops software and IT solutions for large companies in the field of telecommunications, banking, insurance, medicine, and construction, responding creatively to its customers’ IT needs.

Unidec rented an area of 1400 square meters, occupying 80% of the Ayash Center building. The open type spaces (336 sqm/level) are located in a new building, B + GF + 4 floors, where there is a good quality/price ratio.

“The facilities that Ayash Center offers, easy access to public transport, parking spaces, the vicinity of the university campus of the Faculty of Automation within the Bucharest Polytechnic, as well as the presence of a hypermarket in the area, Carrefour Orhideea, are just some of the reasons for which this business center was chosen “, says Alexandru Petrescu, managing partner at ESOP.

Ayash Center is an office complex in the Grozavesti bridge area consisting of 3 buildings that offer a total area of 6000 square meters. Among the current tenants, together with the companies relocated by ESOP in the last 4 months: Unidec Computer Systems, IPSOS New Media Research, Interakt Online, we mention Fin Media, Despec Romania, ADS Technologies, IP Devel. The complex is currently 100% occupied. The relocation of Unidec Computer Systems is one of the most significant transactions in the office market for SMEs since 2003. We are glad that ESOP has contributed to its completion, says Alexandru Petrescu.

The Romanian software market is experiencing a spectacular development, and this fact can only make us happy. Romanian companies have concluded partnerships with major companies at the international level, the positive impact on the image of our country beyond the borders being noticeable, foreign investors granting, lately, growing credit to the Romanian business environment.
