The building, located on Lascar Catargiu Street, was built in 1910. It was for a long time in the heritage of RAPPS and returned to the owners only last year. The villa has a rentable area of ​​728 sqm, arranged in the basement, basement, ground floor, first floor, and attic. At the same time, the building has four parking spaces and a yard of almost 500 square meters. The building has 18 rooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, and numerous technical areas.

SEB was founded in 2001 and reached 270 students enrolled in 20 classes, from all cycles of education: primary, middle school, and high school. The rented villa will serve to expand the school’s activity. The amount for which the property was rented is confidential.
