A company with entirely Romanian Capital operating in the logistics services field bought a premium mixed-use, office, and residential building located in the Herastrau area, in the north-central part of the Capital. Our company, ESOP Consulting, assisted the transaction.
The building has a built area of 1.100 sqm, a rentable area of 1.000 sqm, and five levels (GF + 4F).
The building, purchased for commercial purposes, is a turnkey business. All office space on the lower floors is occupied by tenants, as well as the residential penthouse.
