Portland Sold the Entire Oregon Park Project

The buyer of Oregon Park is the investment fund, Lion’s Head Investments. Oregon Park is a significant benchmark in the Class A office space market, in the new BBC (Bucharest Business Core) in Bucharest, according to the monitoring of ESOP Consulting and CORFAC International, because it has renowned anchor tenants such as Oracle and Deloitte under contract.

The amount for Oregon Park’s sale exceeds 100 million euros. It is the second-largest office transaction in Bucharest in 2018, after the sale of the first building in Campus 6 complex, located in the center-west area near Politehnica Bucharest.

Oregon Park is located at the intersection of Barbu-Văcărescu Boulevard and Pipera Road, near Mall Promenada, 600 meters from Aviatiei metro station.

The Oregon Park complex is built according to green buildings’ standards, energy-efficient, and certified with BREEAM Excellent rating. The project benefits from generous green spaces, beautifully arranged, attractive, and spread over four hectares.

The office buildings have LED lighting, large glazed spaces with efficient natural light, and an innovative geothermal heating system with heat pumps, which reduces by 30% the costs of heating and cooling the spaces.

Oregon Park has three office buildings, two completed and one under construction. Total rentable office space of approximately 70.000 sqm: the Oregon Park A building has a rentable Class A office space of 20.104 sqm, Oregon Park B has an office area of 24.619 sqm, and Oregon Park C will have a rentable area of 24.619 sqm.
