SIEN rents the last space from ASTORIA Business Center, in a transaction mediated by ESOP
SIEN is increasing its office space and team: it has rented 848 sq m, through ESOP. The office space leased by SIEN, of 848 sqm, was the last available in Astoria Business Center. The office building, with a total area of 6,700 sqm, reaches a 100% occupancy rate, from this month.
Astoria Business Center is a modern business center, located in the Romanian area of Bucharest. It has many facilities, including two elevators, permanent security, CCTV, granite finishes, data-voice sockets, voice-data cabling, generator for systems vital, and air conditioning system.
“SIEN wanted a larger space, in a representative building, located in the ultra-central area, which would facilitate employees’ access to all means of transport and ensure the company a top image. SIEN develops and delivers a wide variety of products, solutions, and services on the virtual goods market, application distribution, and provisioning. The company has been present in Romania since 2007, has 50 employees, and the team is continuously expanding.
