Microsoft Will Consolidate Its Offices in Bucharest Into a Single Project

Next year, Microsoft will move in two of the Campus 6 office buildings, now under construction, in a total area of 22.905 sqm. The Campus 6 office project is in a prime, vibrant location, next to the most extensive training center for young people with technical education, 200 meters from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, and 400 meters from the largest student campus in Romania. 

The office project also has the Politehnica metro station in the vicinity, a connection with express tram line 1 and several buses and trolleybus lines, which provides direct access to all Bucharest neighborhoods. 

Another advantage of the location is that the future employees are located 300 meters from the largest shopping center in Bucharest, AFI Cotroceni, with countless shopping, food, and leisure facilities. 

Also, on the ground floor of the office buildings in Campus 6 project will be arranged cafes, restaurants, and terraces equipped with street furniture and Wi-Fi, for continuing networking activities and outside the office space, in a pleasant and relaxing way.

Upon completion of the three office buildings on Campus 6, a space such as an outdoor amphitheater will be arranged between them.

Microsoft will occupy the entire Campus 6.2 office building and part of Campus 6.3 and will be allocated 500 parking spaces. 

Developers are looking to implement the WELL Building Standard for this office project, in addition to the LEED green building certification, which ensures low energy consumption and environmental protection. Campus 6 has a rooftop runway, a center for renting bicycles, changing rooms, showers and charging stations for electric cars.
