The IT&C company Microchip Technology Romania rents an additional 1.000 sqm in Afi Park 1 office building, next to Afi Palace Cotroceni mall.
Another 100 employees of the company will work in the new office space, the number of specialists working within Microchip Technology Romania, in the field of semiconductors, doubling on this occasion.
The Afi Park 1 office building is part of the Afi Park office complex – developer AFI Europe Romania, next to Afi Palace Cotroceni mall, developed by the same investor. The offices are a four-minute walk from Politehnica metro station, and in the center-west area of the Capital, two tram stops from the Cotroceni Palace.
Afi Park 1 has a total built area of 13.693 sqm and a rentable area of 10.769 sqm of office space. The building benefits from facilities suitable for IT&C activity: voice-data sockets (a double outlet for rented sqm), BMS, generator for vital systems, generator for tenant systems, sprinklers, access control, air conditioning system four pipes with fresh air supply.
