Other health care providers have reserved space in office buildings still under construction this year, in the Equilibrium project, from the Barbu-Văcărescu area – Fabrica de Glucoza and Expo Business Park, from the Expozitiei area.
CBD (Central Business District) office pole around Victoriei Square is the first to take shape in Bucharest. And remains the best-rated, due to the notoriety of the large institutions based here (Government of Romania, embassies, consulates) but also accessibility (Victoriei Square is an important transport hub, being also a node of two metro lines).
This year, the new office space stock in CBD has increased substantially with the launch of The Mark project and other Class A office buildings under construction.
