The two tenants are Flash Office, in the field of professional services, which rented office space with an area of ​​392 sqm and Homero Ciero, in the field of IT&C, which rented office space of 392 sqm.

Maria Rosetti Tower is an office building delivered at the end of 2008, being until recently the main headquarters of Philips Morris in Romania. Maria Rosetti Tower has a total leasable area of ​​9,326 sqm of class A office space and 64 spaces in the underground parking lot.
