ESOP announces FREE relocation to Strauss BC

Starting with mid-June, Strauss Business Center will be the new headquarters of the Romanian Energy Efficiency Fund. “FREE is an institution specialized in financing energy efficiency projects proposed by companies with private or mixed capital or local public administration authorities that want to make investments to reduce energy consumption,” says Ms. Liana Hanganu, Executive Director FREE.

Located on the 6th floor, with a 120 sqm size, the new FREE headquarters consists of a reception, a meeting room for 16-18 people, and 4 offices, one of which is a managerial one. The space also has a generous terrace of approx. 45 sqm, with a superb view over the Floreasca Park and Lake.

“FREE opted for this space because it is the best alternative for medium-sized companies, which want – although not very large spaces – a superior quality,” says Mirela Manea, ESOP Marketing Director. Located in the northern area, near Lake Floreasca, Strauss Business Center benefits from modern finishes and facilities: OTIS elevator, air conditioning through fan coil units, underground parking, and 24-hour security.

Strauss BC has a layout on 6 floors, with surfaces of approx. 400 sqm per level. The building has become a particularly attractive option for medium-sized companies due to the possibility of dividing the surfaces per floor (renting spaces between 120-400 sqm).

Also, a great advantage offered to companies is the fact that the partitioning of the space is done by the owner, according to the requests of each client. Of the 900 sq m available at the beginning of April, over 80% are currently rented, the only space available, with an area of ​​180 sq m. It is also in advanced discussions for rent, says the ESOP representative.
