Deloitte Will Move Its Offices in The Mark This Year

According to ESOP monitoring, the Mark project is in Buzești-Victoriei area and is in the final stages of construction. Deloitte International Consulting Company will be the first significant tenant announced, which will occupy eight floors of the tower building. 

The Mark will have two office buildings, The Mark Tower with 14 floors and a height of 68 meters, which will ensure maximum visibility in the area and The Mark Podium, with six floors and a height of 32 meters.

The rentable area is 25.600 sqm in the two office buildings, and Deloitte reserves an office area of 8.500 sqm. The offices will have a class A standards and will be BREEAM Excellent certified, with numerous green building facilities, which ensure low energy consumption and efficiency over time. These include photovoltaic panels on the roof and a system of exterior blinds that provides optimal lighting. 

Deloitte thus chooses to remain in Victoriei area, but in a new building, moving its employees from the America House building, in The Mark project, 500 meters away.

Victoriei area attracts large companies, is also called Central Business District (CBD) due to its prestige – here is located the Government of Romania and numerous international institutions, but also maximum accessibility, with a subway hub to two lines north-south and east-west, direct exit to the international airport and various facilities for employees: cafes, terraces, restaurants, cultural institutions, medical clinics, hospitals, supermarkets, and a traditional market. 

The Mark is located on Buzești Boulevard, very close to Victoriei Square, in a sub-area developing during this period, next to a private high school, a 6-minute walk from Gara de Nord.
