The Chitila Logistics Hub Industrial Park is Waiting for its Tenants

The Chitila Logistics Hub industrial park, developed in three phases by Global Vision, is composed of a single modular construction, with a total area of ​​75,000 square meters of warehouse for rent. The first stage of construction, with an area of ​​23,100 sqm, was completed in 2020, the second, with an area of ​​15,000 sqm, was ready a year later and the last stage, with the largest area, namely 37,000 sqm, was finalized in 2022.

Located in the northwest of Bucharest, close to the Ring Road, the industrial park offers easy access both to the Capital and to the other developing regions of Romania, on the A1, A2 and A3 highways, while remaining accessible to the employees of the tenant companies, which have bus and train stations at their disposal.

The industrial construction is designed for flexible compartmentalization, having a resistance structure with pillars arranged in a 24 by 12 m grid, a loading ramp every 800 m2 and a floor without joints with a resistance of 5t/m2. Having a free height of 11.5 m, the industrial halls allow the efficient placement of shelves on the height and the arrangement of office spaces on the mezzanine.

Other technical equipments of the industrial park worth mentioning are ESFR sprinkler system, economic LED lighting, car and truck parking, drive-in access, and 24/7 security.

Appreciating the flexibility of partitioning and fit-out, several companies have contracted storage spaces with large surfaces. Among these, we mention Havi Logistics, which rented an area of ​​21,000 square meters, which includes storage spaces, offices, as well as temperature-controlled spaces, and Mega Image, with a storage space of 4,500 square meters equipped with temperature zones of up to -25 Celsius degrees. The company Alloga, part of the Alliance Health group, opted for a storage space of 2,300 sqm and Green Net, a company active in the field of import and distribution of cosmetics, dermato-cosmetics, food supplements and para pharmaceutical products, contracted a storage space and logistics of 2,500 sqm.

Chitila Logistic Park still has industrial spaces for rent in 2023, with variable areas of up to 25,000 sqm, which can be adapted to the needs of future tenants, whether they want a storage, logistics, or production space.
