NTT Data Romania has signed a contract for 4.000 sqm of office space, in Unirii View building, under construction, near the Unirea store in Bucharest.
It is the first pre-lease transaction in Unirii View, the office tower that has the highest visibility in the downtown area of the Capital and is scheduled to be put into use in 2018.
The office project will have 18 levels and 73 meters, competing in height with the Intercontinental Hotel.
The office spaces will be of the highest quality, Class A standards, being pre-certified BREEAM. The project is carried out by the construction company Bog’Art, which has, in its portfolio, the most important business center in Bucharest.
The location is a top one. The office project is located between the Unirea Shopping center (where they have top retail stores, with clothing brands such as Zara, Stradivarius, and the H&M flagship store in Bucharest, etc.) and the National Library.
Unirii View is easily reached from all corners of the city, 5-minute walk from Unirii metro station, the most important transport hub in Bucharest.
There are countless possibilities of restaurants and cafes in the areas, as can only be found in the downtown area of a city. The first tenant, NTT Data Romania, is a company of IT&C solutions, software, and integrated service founded in 2000, which belongs to the Japanese concern with the same name, with a turnover of 13 billion euros per year and over 76.000 employees worldwide.
The headquarters of the Romanian branch is in Cluj-Napoca, and NTT Data Romania’s expansion plans are expected to exceed 1.600 employees by the end of this year.
