Afi Tech Park 2 is the second building within the Afi Tech Park project, a business project with multiphase development that will eventually have 70,000 square meters of A-class office space.
The AFI Tech 1 office building, inaugurated in 2018, has a leasable area for offices of 22,000 sqm and a retail area on the ground floor of approximately 2,000 sqm.
The second building, Afi Tech Park 2, was completed in 2022 and has a usable area of 24,500 square meters on the ground floor, eight floors, and two basements for a parking lot with a capacity of 220 cars. Each floor offers an area of 3,000 square meters of open space and possibilities for partitioning and accommodation of tenants starting with 500 square meters, being able to accommodate one workstation for every 8 square meters.
The business center is designed as a campus, which will have its own community, with high-tech facilities, restaurant, cafe, fitness room, green spaces, but also a membership card in the AFI Tech Park Club for each employee, a card that offers discounts and benefits at a series of restaurants and services located near the project, including in AFI Cotroceni.
AFI Tech Park does not stop only at improving the tenants’ experience but also assumes a strong commitment to sustainability. The application for the LEED Platinum and LEED Carbon Zero certificates proves the implementation of a series of impressive ecological features. With their help, a reduction of more than 20% in energy costs and more than 30% in water consumption is obtained.
