Victoria Stylish Office Building is a new boutique building with class A finishes and features, pre-certified to BREAM Excellent standards, located near Herastrau Park. At this moment, it is in an advanced stage of construction, working on the interior finishes, according to ESOP Consulting monitoring.

The keyword for this building is green. The business center has efficient office space and low energy consumption, Schüco FW 50+ façade, and Saint Gobain Cool-Lite Xtreme glass. It reduces indoor noise below 40 dB and provides thermal comfort, water-cooled chiller, which ensures an optimized consumption of up to 50% compared to similar air technologies. It also has a generator that ensures the continuity of the building’s vital systems.

Around the office building will be arranged a green space with a total area of 700 sqm, with a design made after a landscaping project, and the LED lighting system. Three high-speed elevators will connect the floors.

In total, Victoria Stylish Office Building Bucharest will have three levels of basement (where parking spaces will be), basement, ground floor, and five floors, with a rentable area of 5.000 sqm. The minimum rentable area is 320 sqm, and the maximum available is 3.482 sqm. 

 

There are bike paths in the area, and there will be a bicycle rack in each basement. The three basements will have 178 parking spaces for cars, including charging stations for electric vehicles.

 

Office spaces are open space, and there is a bright reception on the ground floor with high tech design. Finishes and interior equipment are premiums, from suppliers such as Philips, Kludi, Samsung, Legrand, Mooi, Masiero, Tork, Italgraniti. There will be a restaurant inside the building.
