US HR studies show that the stressful work environment affects about 42% of Western employees, which leads employers to consider taking measures to ensure a healthy environment increasingly.

Kaiser Permanente facilitates access to shops selling organic products from local farmers and runs a bike-to-work program, which rewards employees who use bicycles as a means of transportation.
General Electric is another company that cares about employee health, among its recent measures being that it offers unlimited vacations to 43% of its employees in the United States, being the largest company that has this facility. Employees included in the program can be absent from the office as much as possible, what is essential is to complete their job tasks, and the manager must approve this.
Employees also have excellent medical packages, with all prevention tests free of charge, a permanent and free hotline with medical advice, and a program to help smokers quit.
Whole Foods Market, a company with 91,000 employees, gives each employee a 20-30% discount on healthy food purchased from their own company. They have nutritionists who give them free advice and receive an annual $ 1,800 premium for expenses that prove a concern for a healthy lifestyle.
