The second office building in the U Center project is close to completion

The second office building in the U Center business park is under construction and will be completed in the second half of this year. It has a basement layout for parking, a ground floor, and eight floors for office space for rent, with large, open areas on each floor. The name of the U Center business park comes from the U-shaped architecture and the User-Centered design concept.

U Center building B has 438 parking spaces in the basement, with an intelligent allocation system, through the SpotUs application, which allows access to all the properties owned by Forte Partners.
