The Bookcase is a boutique office building, with a minimalist design, but with many facilities. Just launched on the market, Bookcase already has a high degree of occupancy.
The office building is in the luxury area of Dorobanti, very close to Romana Square and Victoriei Square, in Bucharest. The Bookcase is individualized between the buildings in the area through the modern design, the exterior finishes with natural materials, and the large glazed surfaces, which allow natural light to enter the interior generously.
The construction is based on high energy standards, type A building, LED outdoor lighting system, and low energy consumption. CO2 sensors are installed in the office area to optimize the supply of fresh air. It has a Building Management System (BMS ) that controls all equipment, HVAC air conditioning, two-pipe, integrated fire alarm system, and two high-performance elevators.
In total, the Bookcase building has a rentable area of open space offices of 2.137 sqm, commercial spaces on the ground floor, 24 underground parking spaces, and 12 on the surface. The project has seven levels – basement, ground floor, three floors, plus two secluded floors.
The minimum rentable office area is 123 sqm.
Our consulting company ESOP Consulting rented office space of over 500 sqm, in this building, to an IT&C company, in the first half of this year, and is in discussions with other potential tenants.
The proximities of the project are Herastrau Park, Roman Square, Victoriei Square, Sheraton Hotel, British Council, Academy of Economic Studies (ASE).
Dorobanti is the area best rated by luxury cafes and restaurants in Bucharest, with the best schools and most embassies nearby.
