J8 Office Parkopens a new office area, near the Jiului metro station, in the northern part of the Capital, through the two office buildings inaugurated this year. The anchor tenant is a strong one, the game developer Ubisoft, which has moved to an area of about 30,000 square meters, more than half of the total area of the complex. Ubisoft has also arranged here the first special space for Ubisoft Coding Campus educational projects, where the students in training are taking classes. In total, the leasable area of the project is 46,000 sqm.
Other companies that rented office space in J8 Office Park are EUROINS, on one floor, and on the ground floor Coffee Island, Stradale, Pain Plaisir, Mega Image, with a concept store, the veterinary office Mobile Vet, and Bismobil Kitchen.
Also within the complex, more tenants rented and opened service spaces: World Class Romania, which set up its own sports club, Medy Sportline with a physiotherapy, physiotherapy and massage clinic, and a Medicover with a medical clinic.
At the reception, there is an Xpress space, which offers “to go” press, drinks and food.

Both buildings are certified BREEAM Outstanding, benefitting from all the qualities of an ESG construction, with low energy consumption and clean air supply.
The entrance and the bathroom doors have motion sensors, that open them so that there is no need to touch the surfaces, the elevators have touchless systems to prevent the spreading of COVID disease. Among the facilities of the building, there is the green space between the buildings, with furniture suitable for outdoor activities, access cards to a parking lot with racks for 200 bicycles, also locker rooms provided, charging stations for electric cars, and 698 parking spaces with recognition of employees’ cars, in the basement of office buildings.
The glass facade looks spectacular, using the etalbond@ system, a completely recyclable material.
At this moment, there are still spaces available in building A on five floors, with 3,000 sqm of leasable area on each floor. Building B is fully rented.
