Estoria City is a mixed-use project, with many green areas – which will have a total area of 25,000 sqm, retail, residential and offices. It has last generation facilities such as electric car and scooters charging stations, bicycle parking, showers, 3,000 parking spaces, and a selective waste collection system.

Estoria City’s location is near the Nicolae Teclu metro station, in the eastern part of Bucharest. The first office building, with a usable area of 12,765 square meters, has a contemporary design, with a glass facade that allows optimal natural lighting. It has green terraces, voice data outlets, BMS, generator for vital systems, hydrants, control access, a cozy lobby, and a co-working area.
The first office space will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The Estoria City project will also include the construction of 1,200 apartments and a retail area of 40,000 sqm, at which the construction works began.
