Estoria City is a mixed-use project, with many green areas – which will have a total area of 25,000 sqm, retail, residential and offices. The first office space will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2021.


The Estoria City project will also include the construction of 1,200 apartments and a retail area of ​​40,000 sqm, at which the construction works began.
