Estoria City, the Landmark Office Project in Bucharest’s East Area, Has Been Launched

Estoria City is a mixed-use project, with many green areas – which will have a total area of 25,000 sqm, retail, residential and offices. It has last generation facilities such as electric car and scooters charging stations, bicycle parking, showers, 3,000 parking spaces, and a selective waste collection system.

Three office buildings will be built, provided at high-quality standards, and a cumulative area estimated at 50,000 sqm. At the moment, there is an advantageous offer for customers who want a build to suit space, according to an ESOP monitoring.

Estoria City’s location is near the Nicolae Teclu metro station, in the eastern part of Bucharest. The short distance from the entrance on the Autostrada Soarelui is an advantage for those who have connections with the Constanța Port. Also, it has many facilities nearby for employees, such as a generous food area, shopping and in the future a relaxation area using the fitness club, shops, and service spaces provided within the project.

The first office building, with a usable area of 12,765 square meters, has a contemporary design, with a glass facade that allows optimal natural lighting. It has green terraces, voice data outlets, BMS, generator for vital systems, hydrants, control access, a cozy lobby, and a co-working area.

The first office space will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The Estoria City project will also include the construction of 1,200 apartments and a retail area of 40,000 sqm, at which the construction works began.
