The Concept of Estoria City:
Mixed-use project which will comprise of 3 office buildings with a total of 50,000sqm, 3 residential buildings with 1,200 apartments and an extensive commercial area of approximately 40,000sqm which will include, among others, Leroy Merlin, Kaufland and Lidl stores.
The complex will benefit from 3000 parking spaces and 25,000sqm of green space.
The development will be done in 3 phases. The first will include Leroy Merlin, Kaufland and Lidl stores, in the second phase the first office building and the first residential building will be built, followed by the 2nd and 3rd office buildings and the 2nd and 3rd residential buildings in the last phase.
The first office building will have 10,000sqm disposed on GF + 9F.
The 2nd and 3rd office buildings will have 40,000sqm and will be connected by a spacious commercial area.

Estoria City is located in the eastern part of Bucharest, near the Nicolae Teclu metro station, a short distance from the entrance on the A2 highway, an advantage for those who have connections with the Port of Constanta.
