AFI Tech Park Project Is Rapidly Advancing

Construction work at AFI Tech Park is underway. The pace of work has increased recently, according to the monitoring of the real estate company ESOP Consulting. The first offices will be delivered in 2018.

AFI Tech Park is developing as an office park with complete campus facilities, with a total of 56,000 sqm of office space, with supermarket, fitness club, restaurant, cafe, shops, green spaces, and common networking areas.

Next year, AFI Tech Park plans to deliver the first two buildings, building 1 and building 2, of eight floors each, with a total of 22,000 sqm of leasable area, later building 3, with 14 floors, will be put into use. Underground, there are two levels of parking. The offices will be of high-quality standards.

The project is being LEED Platinum certified and will have all the facilities of an ultratech office: 4-pipe HVAC air conditioning system, generator for vital functions, but also customers, advanced BMS (Building Management System), eight elevators, CCTV camera system, access control system in building, CCTV, security services.

The AFI Tech Park office park is located in the central area of ​​the Capital, with access to two boulevards near the Parliament House: Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard and Progresul Boulevard. In the immediate vicinity is Vulcan Value Center, a retail park with over 50 shops and restaurants. The Old Town, Carol Park, Unirii Square, and the Marriot Hotel are a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute drive away.

In front of the office is a five-line tram stop, which connects the area to all the cardinal points of the city, and 10 minutes walk is the future Răzoare metro station.
