AFI Tech Park, Just Launched on the Market

Afi Tech Park will have a total area of ​​50,000 sqm of Class A office space to be developed near the Palace of Parliament. The complex will include an office tower and two smaller buildings, surrounded by a vast green space, with youthful style design, urban inspiration, and care for the environment, similar to the latest generation IT&C campuses.

Afi Tech Park, developer of AFI Europe Romania, will also benefit from colossal food & court areas nearby, but also shopping facilities, is located across the road from Vulcan Retail Park and near the Liberty Center Mall.

The first phase of the Afi Tech Park project envisages the construction of a Class A office area totaling 20,000 square meters, arranged on eight levels, to which are added two levels of underground parking and is expected to be put into use at the end of next year.

The project is in the process of LEED Platinum certification. It will have all the facilities of an ultratech office: air conditioning system 4 HVAC pipes, HVAC thermostats, generator for vital functions, but also customers, advanced BMS (building management system), eight elevators, CCTV camera system, access control system in the building and common areas, CCTV, security services and firefighters non-stop.
