This month, a boutique building with premium office space will be put into use in the Charles de Gaulle area, next to the Aviatorilor metro station.

The building with avant-garde architecture has five floors, a rentable area of 6.800 sqm, and a top-notch finish. The minimum area to rent is 200 sqm, and the maximum is 5.500 sqm. The ground floor has already been rented.

About the Aviatorilor area

Regarding the means of transport, in the area there are two main metro stations, Aviatorilor and Victoriei, there is a good connection with other neighborhoods, through the numerous bus lines.
