This month, a boutique building with premium office space will be put into use in the Charles de Gaulle area, next to the Aviatorilor metro station.
The building with avant-garde architecture has five floors, a rentable area of 6.800 sqm, and a top-notch finish. The minimum area to rent is 200 sqm, and the maximum is 5.500 sqm. The ground floor has already been rented.

It is one of the best-rated premium office areas in the Capital. It is located in District 1, is a mixed area, office, and luxury residential, located in the north-central part of Bucharest. As neighborhoods, Herăstrău Park is the largest in Bucharest and Victoriei areas, Primaverii, Dorobanti, and Arcul de Triumf-Kiseleff.

The Aviatorilor neighborhood is considered a green area with many green spaces. It is surrounded by two significant parks, Kiseleff Park and Herastrau Park, the largest in Bucharest.
The access to the city center is again optimal, Aviatorilor Boulevard being a main connecting element between the North and Victoriei Square.
Regarding the means of transport, in the area there are two main metro stations, Aviatorilor and Victoriei, there is a good connection with other neighborhoods, through the numerous bus lines.
